Bartender
Bartender Job Responsibilities:
- Provides a pleasant drinking experience to customers. As well as builds a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere.
- Serves drinks while maintaining a clean and sanitary bar area.
- Ability to verify identification and age requirements of customers.
- Attends to the detail and presentation of each order.
- Prepares and maintains ingredients by following recipes.
- Adheres to proper alcohol handling, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintains appropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all beverage items.
- Coordinates daily supply inventory for the bar and submits orders to supervisor; assists with receipt of deliveries.
- Contributes to daily, holiday, and theme drink menus in collaboration with supervisor.
- Ensures smooth operation of bar services during absence of supervisor.
- Completes cleaning according to daily and weekly schedules, including dishwashing as needed.
- Assists with orienting new employees to their work area.
- Listens to customer complaints and suggestions and resolves complaints.
- Instructs personnel in use of new equipment and cleaning methods and provides efficient and effective methods of maintaining work area.
- Participates in and/or contributes to programs, committees, or projects designed to improve quality of service and employee productivity.
- Ability to record and balance cash receipts and prepare cash deposits.
- Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift.
- Ability to work show up for shifts on time and when scheduled.

Sandwich Maker / Cashier
Sandwich Maker / Cashier Job Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates a complete understanding of menu items and explains them to guests accurately.
- Exhibits a cheerful and helpful manner while greeting guests and preparing their orders.
- Uses Point of Sale system/cash register to record the order and compute the amount of the bill. Collects payment from guests and makes change.
- Performs Cash-In Procedure; accounting for all forms of money, etc. during the shift.
- Ability to record and balance cash receipts and prepare cash deposits.
- Prepares food neatly, according to formula, and in a timely manner.
- Checks products in sandwich unit area and restocks items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the shift.
- Understands and adheres to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards during food preparation, service and clean up.
- Cleans and maintains all areas of the restaurant to promote a clean image. Understands and adheres to the Wash, Rinse, and Sanitize method of cleaning.
- Understands and adheres to all quality standards, formulas and procedures for Crust Kitchen & Bar.
- Maintains a professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Performs light paperwork duties as assigned.
- Ability to work show up for shifts on time and when scheduled.

Dishwasher Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain sanitary condition of dishes, utensils, glasses, pots, pans, equipment and kitchen in accordance with Crust Kitchen & Bar's standards.
- Safely and efficiently operates dish washing machine according to procedure manual.
- Ensures proper soap and rinse chemicals are loaded for washing.
- Removes from service any dishes, utensils, and glassware that are damaged or broken.
- Helps Stock delivered food and non-food items.
- Empty and clear garbage bins and breakdown of boxes.
- Deep cleaning of kitchen and equipment.
- Attends all training and in-service seminars.
- Maintains a clean and sanitary work environment.
- Performs all duties in adherence to Crust Kitchen & Bar's standards.
- Strives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices.
- Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and coworkers.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
